Vacations are more fun when you can bring your best friend with you! Now when you travel you don't have to worry about leaving your canine or feline companion at a boarding kennel.

Marshfield Inn & Motel is pet-friendly and we've set aside 2 special rooms for your well-mannered dog or cat.

Check out these handy tips for traveling
with your pet:

  • Make sure your pet is up-to-date on all vaccinations--especially rabies. Check with your vet before leaving home.
  • Keep Fido or Fluffy safe in a moving car. Special harnesses are available, like a seat belt for dogs, and cats will be comfortable in a carrier.
  • Bring along your pet's leash, clean water and bowl. Plan to take frequent breaks from driving to let the whole family stretch their legs and sniff around!
  • Never leave a pet in the car during warm weather. Even with the windows cracked, on a hot day the temperature in a car can quickly exceed safe levels.
